Timing may slightly change in certain periods of the year or due to causes of force majeure.

During delivery we're doing our best to keep you safe with delivery that minimizes human contact.

We currently deliver to all cities in Saudi Arabia within 3-4 working days. However, delivery to certain locations may occasionally be delayed due to logistical challenges or unforeseen circumstances.
Once you complete your order, you will receive an email with all the information related to shipment against your order. Delivery for orders value above 500 SR are completely FREE, while for orders value below 500 SR are subject to a charge of 50 SR only. All delivery times are expressed in days / weekdays. Orders will be sent upon receipt of payment, provided that the payment is confirmed and that we have stock on hand. Stock problems could cause delays in delivery time and cancellations.
In case of any unavailability of the stock at the time of the request, we shall be delighted to entertain every inquiry of yours in no more than 48 hours time period.
All deliveries in Saudi Arabia are to be completed within 3-4 working days. Once we receive your order we make all attempts to deliver the item in the shortest possible time, however, it might take longer than expected in some far to reach areas, small towns or rural areas, due to weaker logistics connectivity that is beyond our control. We shall appreciate your kind patience under such circumstances and in the mean time we shall stay connected with you for all information regarding your order.

Important: Delivery times are approximate and may be affected by issues with the parcel company. During any/all promotions or sale periods, delivery may take up to 10 working days.

Return and Size Exchange Procedure

How do I make a return?

Camicissima.sa offers a 14-business-day refund policy for items in their original condition (unworn, undamaged, and unused, with all tags and original packaging intact, including branded boxes and dust bags, placed inside protective outer packaging).

• Credit card payments will be refunded to the original payment account.

• Cash-on-delivery payments will be transferred to your bank account, subject to a deduction of 50 SAR deduction for return shipping charges.

Note: Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted for return. Items purchased during sales or seasonal promotions can be returned or exchanged within 1 day of purchase.

Exceptions: All customized items, swimwear and accessories such as jewelry, and scarves cannot be exchanged or returned.

To request a return, contact customer support at customercare@camicissima.sa. We will arrange for the merchandise to be collected from your delivery address by courier and returned to us. Refunds will only be processed once we receive the merchandise in its original, unused condition along with all packaging, tags, and invoices. 

Can I return my items to a camicissima shop?

At the moment, it is not possible to return the product to a shop.

Can I exchange my items?

• Exchanges can be made within 5 days of delivery.
• Exchanges are valid only for items of the same purchased value or higher.
• Items must be in unused condition, with original tags and packaging.
• It should also be in the same brand box you received, as soon as you create a size change request, subjected to its availability, we shall reserve the item you want for yourself.
• If the price of the exchange item has increased, you won’t be required to pay the difference.

Note: Ties/ customized items/ perfumes are all not subjected to return or exchange.
