You can check the status of your order by sending customer care an email, you will also receive an email from us with the information needed to track your package once your order is shipped. 6. How long does it take for my order to be delivered?

Expected time taken to dispatch the shipment is given against each product on the respective product details page. Typically, all deliveries within Saudi Arabia are completed within 3-4 days. Once we receive your order we make all attempts to deliver within the committed time, however, it might take longer than expected in some far to reach areas, small towns or rural areas, due to weaker logistics connectivity that is beyond our control.

8. Can I pick up my order at a camicissima store?

Send us an email at customercare@camicissima.sa mentioning the Order ref. no. and request a “Pick up Myself”. We shall get back to you with the branch address where you could go to pick up your package if available for pick up.

9. Can I pay cash on delivery and collect my purchase in a Camicissima store?

This service is not currently available: the payment methods we accept for in-store collection are prepaid (e.g., credit card, debit card etc).

1. How can I return an online order?

Refunds will be processed after fourteen (14) business days of approval of any return request. After approval, we will issue a refund of the full face value of undamaged items duly returned (excluding, where applicable, the original delivery charges and cash handling fees). Once a refund is requested, we will contact the customer in order to manage the exchange or return. For further questions, please send an email to: customerservices@camicissima.sa Any claims, changes or refunds related to the products purchased at Camicissima chain stores or from any distributors of our brand, will not be the responsibility of the online store. Therefore, the customer must address such issues to the Brick and Mortar stores or agents in order to deal with the claims or questions related to such purchases.

Note: Ties/ customized items/ perfumes are all not subjected to return or exchange.

Yes, you can contact our customer care and provide them with the items that you would like to return, and our customer care team will help you initiate the return for that specific item.

Yes, 50 SR will be deducted for return shipment charges.
