AMILON CAMICISSIMA GIFT CARD REGULATION, HEREINAFTER “AMILON GIFT CARD”

The Amilon Gift Card (or Carta Regalo) is a non-nominative card issued by Fenicia SpA, with registered office in
Milan, Piazza Cavour 3 and owned by the latter, available for purchase and use for purchases in
Camicissima stores in Italy participating in the initiative.
The E-GIFT CARD allows only one payment method and is not intended in any way as a
financial instrument.

Any unauthorized use that does not comply with this regulation and the conditions indicated therein is prohibited.
The purchase and use of the Gift Card implies acceptance, even tacit, of the following conditions:

1. The Amilon Gift Card:
   is valid for 180 days from the date of purchase exclusively in
   Camicissima stores in Italy and Spain participating in the initiative and for the purchase of products displayed for sale.
   Gift cards present inside the stores are excluded.
   The indication of the stores participating in the initiative can be found on the website camicissima.com /amilon and in the
   participating stores.
   It cannot be used to purchase a gift card.
   It is not nominative and can be transferred to others.
   It is not rechargeable.
   In the event of loss, theft or deterioration, it is not replaceable or refundable, not even in part.
   It is not convertible into cash: the value of the card (active or expired) is not, under any circumstances, refundable,
   not even partially.
2. 
   The amount indicated on the Amilon Gift Card must be used and spent at the participating Camicissima store, in a single solution, within and no later than 180 days from the date indicated on the receipt and/or
   invoice, which must be shown to the staff together with the Amilon Gift Card at the time of use. At the
   end of the single sale transaction, the Amilon Gift Card will be collected by the store clerk. The credit
   on the Amilon Gift Card cannot be refunded, either totally or partially, or converted into cash.
3. The Amilon Gift Card is bearer and not nominative and can be used by anyone who presents it at the
   participating point of sale. The value of the credit is that ascertained by the optical reader at the participating points of sale. The
   holder of the Amilon Gift Card is the only person responsible for the use, operation and custody of the
   card. In the event of non-operation, damage, demagnetization, loss and theft, the Amilon Gift Card
   will not be replaced or refunded.
4.  The Amilon Gift Card is valid for the period indicated on the back of the card and can no longer be used after the
   expiry of the aforementioned validity period.
5.  Products purchased with the Amilon Gift Card are subject to the same replacement and
   return conditions valid for any other product purchased with other payment methods at the Camicissima store
   .
6. These Conditions are published on the Camicissima website at camicissima.com/amilon and are available in the stores participating in the initiative. They will also be
   available to the Customer at the time of purchase of the Amilon Gift Card.
7. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with Italian law.
8.  For any dispute arising from or in relation to this Regulation and the Conditions indicated therein,
   in the event that the buyer does not have the qualification of "consumer", reference will be made for jurisdiction to the Court
   of Milan.
9. The Amilon Gift Card cannot be used with discount coupons, great offers, initiatives and collaborations with
   other companies, other initiatives or ongoing promotions (for example and not limited to: promotions with
   Telco, company agreements, etc.).
10.  Camicissima is authorized not to accept the gift card if there have been
    security problems with the partner Amilon during the period
